I have over 20 years of experience working for both large and small companies in managerial roles which have provided me with the training and experience needed to help you grow your business.
My past experience includes being Director of Operations for a medical management company with annual gross sales in excess of 100 million dollars. My responsibilities included: Contract Negotiations, Customer Relations, overseeing Human Resources, Accounting, Purchasing and
Receiving, Marketing, and Communications. My expertise also includes managing of people and resources.
Project management is what I do best, whether on a small or large scale. I’ve researched, planned and implemented the conversion of a practice software system for the medical management company with twelve satellite offices in seven states. I’ve developed timelines, wrote policies and procedures, trained and provided support during and after the conversion to maximize productivity and maintain steady revenues. Most of the work was accomplished remotely which further developed my communication skills with various third parties, clients, co-workers, and business partners.
I find it rewarding to work with multifaceted projects and by providing services remotely, I can offer a professional, cost effective service for businesses that want to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
